Meet Dr. Katrine Minasyan

Dr. Katrine Minasyan was born and raised in Los Angeles and earned her Biology degree from UC Irvine before becoming a Bruin at UCLA School of Dentistry. After graduating in 2021, she completed an AEGD residency at UCLA, where she received advanced training in implants and restorative dentistry. She spent two years teaching and treating patients at UCLA, but her real passion lies in working with kids! Dr. Minasyan loves helping little ones feel comfortable and confident at the dentist.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys staying active by playing sports and hiking, as well as relaxing with a good book or playing the piano. Fun fact: She’s getting married this June to her college sweetheart, Dr. Daniel Tahhan, a prosthodontist. They met back at UC Irvine and went through dental school together at UCLA! Dr. Minasyan is excited to continue growing in her career while creating positive, lasting experiences for every young patient she meets.
